Sean focuses much of his effort on aiding and training the members of the Society in genealogy research, with many hours devoted to this each week. In working with the members of the Society and their genealogy, Sean has planted the seeds of our online family tree, seen in the image and linked here. Sean has taken a particular interest in documenting the Logans of that Ilk, developing the first family tree for this line that has sources well-documented so as to leave little doubt as to the longevity of this family in Scots history. He also maintains the online wiki content for Clan Logan on Wikitree, as well as the Wikipedia page for Clan Logan. Through his passionate efforts to uncover and tell the stories of the many Logan family lines, Sean has quickly developed into the leading authority on Logan-centric genealogy.

Since becoming the Society's Heritage Officer, Caleb has poured through literally hundreds of ancient documents in Scotland and the UK, looking for references to any Logans. He has amassed the broadest knowledge of the early stories of Logans born before 1800 AD. More importantly, Caleb is working to distill this information into a book about these historical Logan family lines that will provide readers with a validated, well-sourced view on the importance of Clan Logan.
